                  2. Mogul admins will not accept or reply to any cheat reports submitted through Twitter, Discord, Facebook, the Mogul.gg chat rooms or any other form of communication. All cheat reports must be submitted through support@mogul.gg.
                  3. Mogul admins will not discuss cheat reports with the person who submitted it except for the sole purpose of gathering additional information. Users who submit a report are in no way entitled to a status update of the report or a notification of the findings or conclusion of the investigation.
                  4. Mogul admins will not discuss bans with anyone publicly under any circumstances, this includes ban length, ban reasons, ban evidence, methods for obtaining evidence and any other information relating to the ban or player involved.
                  5. Mogul admins will only discuss bans specifically with the banned user. The only information Mogul admins will provide is the ban length and a ban reason, we will not discuss the specifics of the evidence involved or the methods used to obtain the evidence. Banned users may contact support@mogul.gg for more information.
                  6. If a user feels their ban is incorrect, they may appeal the ban at support@mogul.gg. Ban appeals will be rejected where the incident resulting in the ban occurred more than one month in the past.
                  7. Mogul will not discuss the ongoing status of any appeal. The involved user will be directly made aware of the outcome of their appeal by a reply to their support ticket. An appeal involves a re-review of the evidence used to ban the user initially. This re-review will be undertaken by a different member of the Mogul staff team (preferably from another region where available) who has no prior involvement in the case. If a users appeal is denied, no further appeals will be accepted for review.
                  8. Mogul’s support staff will do their best to provide a resolution for any issue brought to them so long as it relates to Mogul’s tournament platform. Some issues simply cannot be resolved through our support system and may require communicating directly with third parties such as PayPal, Razer, or a tournament organizer.
                  9. Misuse or abuse of the support system or the support staff will result in an immediate ticket closure and action against the offending user's account.

Section 3 – Game Play Rules

                            1. Each tournament and game has a specific ruleset. You can see this ruleset by scrolling to the bottom of the ‘Overview’ tab on the tournament page or on the ‘Rules’ tab on the tournament page. Users are responsible for knowing all rules prior to a tournament. Ignorance of the rules is not an acceptable reason for breaking them.
                            2. Rules may be changed at any time for any reason. If the rules are changed, Mogul will endeavour to make all players involved know through the use of an announcement on the relevant tournament pages and changelogs in the ruleset.
                            3. Exploiting clearly unintended loopholes in the rules is prohibited and may result in disqualification. We kindly ask you to make Mogul aware of such loopholes at support@mogul.gg.
                            4. Mogul admins reserve the right to make a decision that supersedes all rulesets at any time for any reason in the interest of competitive integrity.
                            5. Prize payouts will be deposited directly to team wallets when available. In cases where that option is unavailable, they will be given directly to the team owner. If there is no team owner, the money will be given to the team captain instead.
                            6. Mogul reserves the right to intervene in the prize money split and manually distribute funds if there is a reasonable dispute regarding the prize money split. An example of this would be one player receiving a 0% prize cut when they had played every match until the final.
                            7. Players must use the Game ID linked to their Mogul profile at all times while competing, use of an unlinked account is prohibited and will result in a forfeit of the match in question.
                            8. Repeated abuse of the forfeit or manual score reporting system to obtain prizing without participating in matches will lead to escalating punishment starting with a match cooldown and ending with a permanent ban.
                            9. Where Mogul organized tournaments are concerned; participating in multiple tournaments within the same timeframe is not permitted. Where participation in multiple events within the same timeframe occurs, you will be disqualified from all currently registered Mogul tournaments. Repeated abuse will lead to escalating punishment starting with a match cooldown and ending with a permanent ban.
